Procedure
Deletion is done in the app, without needing to write to us.

What is deleted, immediately and permanently
- your account and your email address
- all the spaces you have opened, with their content: treatments, prescriptions, appointments, documents, weigh-ins, vital information
- the files and photographs you have saved
- your subscription is no longer linked to an account
What is not deleted
- spaces opened by someone else that you had access to: they belong to the person who opened them. You are simply removed from them.
- your subscription itself, managed by the App Store or Google Play: cancel it in your Apple or Google account settings.
No copy is kept after deletion. There is no retention period.
Without access to the app
If you can no longer access the app, write to contact@nemae.fr from your account's email address.
